BIOGRAPHY
Rocky Kneten has made Houston his home for the last 30 years as he works as an assignment photographer for Fortune 500 companies and leading magazines. His work has been selected for inclusion in several Communication Arts Photography Annuals, and is in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
For his personal work, he often selects low-tech plastic, toy, and pinhole cameras for their limitations that open up unique photographic challenges. He is interested in the give-and-take between man and the natural world, as well as the interactions of the diverse ethnic and cultural groups of his city when they converge for public events.
